What is your return policy?
Dumb Love accepts returns of items in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with the tag still intact, within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Click here to begin the return process.
How do I process my return?
Once you've entered your order information and reason for return/exchange in our return portal, carefully pack your items using the original packaging. Then, head to an eligible post office location within the 10-day timeframe and present the QR code or shipping label provided.
